Jusour will provide an online recruitment platform that connects students who are studying in institutes, or colleges, or public universities or private educational institutions located in Qatar (“Student/Students”) with private companies that seek to train this category of students on a reduced hours basis.
The Student must create an account that enables him to access and use Jusour platform.
1. The present Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Jusour and myself (the “Agreement”).
2. My use of Jusour’s platform constitutes my acceptance to be bound by this Agreement, by virtue of which a contractual relationship is established between me and Jusour.
3. Jusour has the right to amend this Agreement from time to time. These amendments will be effective when posted on the platform or when notified to me by Jusour.
4. Any decision I make in relation to accessing or using Jusour’s platform is based on my own discretion. Any information published on the platform is not intended as an advice and Jusour does not have any legal responsibility as a result of my access, use or reliance on the information.
a.Eligibility: I confirm and undertake that I have the capacity to register and use Jusour platform.
b.Study: I confirm and undertake that I am currently enrolled in the [name of university] pursuing a degree in [name of degree] and expected to graduate on [date].
c.Profile Creation: I acknowledge that in order to access and use Jusour’s platform to benefit from the services provided, I must register and create a personal profile on the platform that includes all my information and the documents required from me. The personal profile will be created in Arabic and English languages.
I understand that the information I provide in my profile will be used by Jusour to connect me with potential employers who are looking for Students to train them on a reduced working hours basis. I take responsibility for all activities related to my account and shall not allow others to use my account.
d.Registration Information: I acknowledge and agree that the information I provide during registration, including my personal information, education background, work experience, and any other relevant details, is true, accurate, and complete. I also confirm that all the documents that I submitted on the platform are correct and accurate. In the event the documents are not accurate and correct, I shall be held liable, and Jusour shall have the right to take any measures against me, including, but not limited to:
1. Immediately suspend, temporary or permanently, my right to use Jusour’s platform.
2.Remove any material uploaded to Jusour’s platform.
3.Pay all costs (administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
4.Based on Jusour’s sole disclosure, disclose of all information to the relevant authorities
e.I agree, on the creation of an account on Jusour’s platform, to receive communications from Jusour, whether by e-mail, text messages or phone calls.
f.Training Opportunities: Jusour shall, through its platform, publish training opportunities with reduced working hours offered by companies and private institutions to Students, therefore my application will only be matched with trainings that match my skills, experience, and interests. I understand that the platform does not guarantee any training opportunities and that my choice of a training opportunity is subject to the discretion of the companies and institutions that publish the training and Jusour shall not be liable in the event where I am not matched with any training.
g.I acknowledge that I am fully aware that my application will be matched with training opportunities available at the platform.
h.I acknowledge that I am aware that the educational institution I am enrolled with, whether it is a public or private institute, college, or university, shall be entitled, at its own discretion, to withdraw the letter of enrollment granted if the GPA becomes below the required level, and Jusour shall not have any authority to do so.
The ownership of Jusour’s platform and all rights related to it are owned by Jusour. I shall not have, by virtue of this Agreement, any rights related to the platform, nor shall I be entitled to claim any rights or compensation arising as a result of accessing or using this platform.
I acknowledge and agree that if I obtained training opportunities through the platform, Jusour shall not be liable for the payment of any amount for the training that I performed or for any obligation or dispute as a result of such training.
a.The services are provided through the Jusour platform on an “as is” basis and Jusour does not make any warranty regarding the suitability, safety or quality of the services provided on the platform.
Jusour does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or completeness of the data displayed on the platform and I agree to assume all risks arising from my use of the platform and the service related to it.
b.Jusour accepts no liability arising from the unauthorized use of my account on Jusour’s platform. If my account is used by an unauthorized person, or if I suspect that there has been a breach of security, I agree to notify Jusour.
c. Jusour shall not be liable for any damages, liability or losses arising from:
1. My use or reliance on the platform or the services, or my inability to access or use the platform or the services.
2.Any relationship between me and the company seeking training.
3.Delay or failure to perform services due to reasons beyond Jusour’s control.
4.Any obligations that will arise prior to or during or after the training.
I acknowledge and agree to keep confidential any and all information obtained through Jusour’s platform.
a.I acknowledge and agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.
b.Any dispute, claim or controversy arising as a result of this Agreement, or its interpretation or implementation shall be settled by the Qatari courts.
Entire Agreement: I acknowledge and agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us.
Assignment: I may not assign my rights under this Agreement without Jusour’s prior written consent.

4- Any decision the Company takes with regard to accessing or using Jusour platform is based on the Company’s own discretion, so that any information published on the platform is not intended to provide advice to the Company, and Jusour has no legal responsibility as a result of this access, use or reliance on the information.
a.Creating a Company's File: The Company acknowledges that in order to access and use Jusour’s platform to get the benefit from the services provided, the Company must register on the platform and create a file on the platform that includes all its information and documents required, and the Company's file will be created either in Arabic or English language or both languages.
The Company confirms that the information provided in its file will be used by Jusour to connect it with the Students who are looking for training with reduced hours through Jusour’s platform. The Company is responsible for all activities related to its account and does not allow others to use its account.
b.Registration Information: The Company acknowledges and agrees that the information and/or documents provided while registering on the platform, including but not limited to the personal information of the authorized signatory of the Company, the Company’s registration number, the constitutional documents of the Company, any other documents and any other relevant information provided are correct, accurate and complete, and the Company bears all responsibility in case the contrary is proven.
In that case, Jusour has the right to take any measures against the Company, including, but not limited to:
1.Immediate suspension, temporary or permanent, of the Company's right to use Jusour platform.
2.Removing any material or publishing the Company's uploaded to Jusour services.
3.Pay all costs (administrative and legal costs) resulting from that breach.
4.Disclosure of information to appropriate authorities at Jusour’s sole discretion.
c.Conditions: The Company confirms that it is duly incorporated and existing under the law of the State of Qatar and that its constitutional documents are issued by the official authorities in Qatar. It also confirms that it is not under liquidation or has any bankruptcy judgment been issued against it.
d.Training Opportunities: The Company acknowledges that the training opportunities available on Jusour’s platform provided are valid and correct and it also confirms its ability to train the Students. The Company also acknowledges and confirms its credibility and transparency during the process of selecting the Students for the training.
The Company acknowledges that it is fully aware that the Students’ application will be matched and linked with the training opportunities available on the Jusour's platform.
e.Training of the Students: The Company acknowledges and agrees that it will train the qualified and suitable Student for the available training opportunity within a reasonable time frame specified by Jusour.
f.The Company acknowledges that it must use Jusour platform in order to post the training opportunities. However, in the event the internal policies of the Company require that it tracks the Students application throughout the recruiting process through an applicant tracking system (ATS), then the Company is entitled to choose the ATS in addition to Jusour portal.
The Company acknowledges that certain steps must be completed within Jusour’s portal in order to create the contract between Jusour and the Company.
The Company acknowledges and confirms that the educational institution which the student is enrolled with, whether it is a public or private institution, college, or university, has the right to cancel the enrolment letter granted to the Student as a requirement to train with reduced hours if it deems that the Student’s GPA becomes below the required level according to its own discretion and Jusour will facilitate such cancellation but shall not have any authority to do so.
The Company acknowledges and agrees that it is an independent contractor and not an employee of Jusour and nothing is intended or should be construed to create a partnership, agency, joint venture, employment relationship or any business or organization.
The Company acknowledges and agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained through Jusour's platform relating to the business operations of the platform or any other user of the platform.
The ownership of Jusour’s platform and all the relevant rights shall be owned by Jusour. The Company shall not, by virtue of this Agreement, have any rights related to the platform and shall not be entitled to claim any rights or compensation arising as a result of accessing or using this platform.
The Company acknowledges and agrees that it will pay the Student recruited the salary as stated in the related post. Furthermore, the Company acknowledges and agrees that Jusour shall not be liable to pay any fees for the training and that the Company is solely responsible for the payment.
a. The services are provided through Jusour’s platform on an “as is” basis and Jusour does not make any warranty regarding the suitability, safety or quality of the services provided on the platform. Jusour does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or completeness of the data displayed on the platform and the Company agrees to assume all risks arising from my use of the platform and the service related to it.
b. Jusour accepts no liability arising from unauthorized use of the Company’s account that it has been created to access and use Jusour platform. In case the Company's account is used by an unauthorized person, or in the event of suspicion of a breach of security, then the Company agrees to notify Jusour immediately.
c. Jusour shall not be liable for any damages, liability or losses resulting from:
-1The Company’s use of or reliance on the platform or services, or the Company’s inability to access or use the platform or services.
-2 Any relationship between the Student and the Company seeking training.
3- Delay or failure to perform the services due to reasons beyond Jusour’s control.
a. Entire Agreement: The Company acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, negotiations, and agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
b. Assignment: The Company may not assign its rights under this Agreement without Jusour’s prior written consent
Jusour will provide an electronic platform to facilitate the process of renewal of the residency permit of the students who graduated from institutes, colleges, public universities, or private educational institutions located in Qatar (“Graduate(s)”) through Sahem initiative for one (1) year.
The Graduate must create an account that enables him to access and use Jusour platform.

a.Residency: I confirm that I have a valid residency permit in the State of Qatar.
b.Profile Creation: I acknowledge that in order to access and use Jusour’s platform to benefit from the services provided, I must register and create a personal profile on the platform that includes all my information and the documents required from me.
I understand that the information I provide in my profile will be used by Jusour to renew my residency permit visa. I take responsibility for all activities related to my account and shall not allow others to use my account.
c.Registration Information: I acknowledge and agree that the information I provide during registration, including my personal information, education background, work experience, and any other relevant details, is true, accurate, and complete. I also confirm that all the documents that I submitted on the platform are correct and accurate. In the event the documents are not accurate and correct, I shall be held liable, and Jusour shall have the right to take any measures against me, including, but not limited to:

e. Visa Extension: I agree that the service provided by Jusour is to facilitate the extension process of my current visa for one (1) year.
The ownership of Jusour’s platform and all rights related to it are owned by Jusour. I shall not have, by virtue of this Agreement, any rights related to the platform, nor shall I be entitled to claim any rights or compensation arising as a result of accessing or using this platform.
In relation to the visa extension fee, the service provided by Jusour shall be, currently, free of charge. Nevertheless, this can be changed at any time, based on the sole discretion of Jusour, and I undertake to settle any fees in such case.
With respect to the fees that are set by the relevant authorities, it is understood that no fees are required for the time being. However, this is subject to change as determined by the relevant authorities and in such case, I undertake and agree to settle the fees in relation to such extension.
a.The services are provided through Jusour platform on an “as is” basis and Jusour does not make any warranty regarding the suitability, safety or quality of the services provided on the platform.
Jusour does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or completeness of the data displayed on the platform and I agree to assume all risks arising from my use of the platform and the service related to it.
b.Jusour accepts no liability in the event Jusour was not able to obtain extension of my visa for security reasons or reasons related to the state or sponsor beyond Jusour’s control or for any other reasons.
c.Jusour accepts no liability arising from the unauthorized use of my account on Jusour’s platform. In the event that my account is used by an unauthorized person, or if I suspect that there has been a breach of security, I agree to notify Jusour.
d.Jusour shall not be liable for any damages, liability or losses arising from my use or reliance on the platform or the services, or my inability to access or use the Platform or the Services.
I acknowledge and agree to keep confidential any and all information obtained through Jusour platform related to the platform’s business operations or any other user of the platform.
a.I acknowledge and agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.
b.Any dispute, claim or controversy arising as a result of this Agreement, or its interpretation or implementation shall be settled by the Qatari courts.
