Under its new identity, Jusour’s vision is “To be a key stimulus for Qatar's labor market and a leader in enabling partnerships”, with a mission of delivering “a suite of high-quality services that serve both job seekers and employers to retain and attract talent for employment in Qatar’s labor market”.

In his speech during the ceremony, His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al-Marri, the Minister of Labor, and Chairman of Jusour's board expressed that Qatar has " strengthened the world's confidence in the safe and healthy work environment in the state of Qatar as a key element of sustainable development in the national economy. This has resulted in keeping pace with important global economic developments and providing a higher standard of living. These achievements would not have been possible without the labor reforms that have been implemented and the increasing economic growth we are witnessing, among other general factors that have made the country a role model in the region."

Expressing gratitude, His Excellency extended his appreciation to both the public and private sectors for their valuable contributions to supporting Jusour's mission of enriching the Qatari labor market. He stressed the importance of fostering continued collaboration with employers to ensure diverse opportunities that align with the current and future needs and priorities of citizens and residents.

Engineer Abdulhadi Bakhit Barqan, the CEO of Jusour, stated: "The name 'Jusour' was chosen to express the essence of what we aspire to achieve, a name that symbolizes building strong bridges between employers and job seekers. As a strategic partner of the Ministry of Labor, Jusour's vision is based on enhancing the inclusivity and resilience of the local market."

Engineer Barqan highlighted the launch of several programs that include various initiatives, including the flagship initiative "Sahem", which is the launching pad of Jusour. The "Sahem" program encompasses two initiatives - one that extends the visas of Qatar-based university graduates, and another that provides part-time job opportunities in the private sector for Qatar-based university students.

Engineer Barqan also unveiled the "Mostaqel" program, designed to introduce non-traditional visa categories targeting entrepreneurs and talented individuals, providing a skilled workforce for the Qatari labor market.

Additionally, Eng. Barqan introduced the innovative labor rotation program, facilitating smooth transitions for the current workforce, primarily blue-collar workers, from their current employers to new opportunities that leverage the labor supply and demand in Qatar.

Furthermore, the "Istithmar" employment program aims to bolster recruitment services by identifying potential candidates and matching their qualifications with job requirements in key sectors of the country through regional cooperation agreements with neighboring countries.

The grand relaunch event celebrated Jusour's commitment to excellence and its pivotal role in shaping Qatar's workforce landscape, aligning with the nation's vision for a prosperous and inclusive future.
